I have never been one to remember my dreams. Maybe one a month. Sometimes even less. Last night I set an alarm to wake me up after falling asleep for 3 hours. I don't even remember turning it off. I know it went off because I checked and it showed that it had gone off. I think I must have subconsciously turned it off or SOMETHING because I know I didn't wake up. I woke up this morning and had no clue what my dreams were, at work today I randomly remember a girl that had been in my dreams though. What should I do to improve my dream recall? Get a more powerful alarm? |
