Hey everyone, i'm new here. I had what i now realize was a lucid dream ( or just a very vivid normal dream)while taking a muscle relaxant for an injury a few years ago-needless to say, it was perhaps the most interesting thing i have ever experienced, and i'm very happy to have stumbled upon this website. |

Wow. SO as i said earlier, I hardly EVER remember my dreams. Last nite however, i told myself before going to bed to remember them. Lo and behold, i remember 2 dreams, about as many as i normally remember in a few months! The subconcious brain is an incredible thing... |

Yes and he same thing happens with lucid dreams, tell yourself to have one before bed and then you have a good shot at getting one. I remember reading about some technique and something about when you wake up in the middle of the night to just quickly tell yourself you want to have an LD. I was pretty skeptical about how well this would actually work but then one night I woke up in the middle of the night and told myself I wanted an LD and BAM my dry spell ended. BTW welcome to DreamViews |

Thats awesome! I can't wait until i get to that level...sounds like a LD is quite an interesting experience. I'm glad you got over your dry spell |
