      Smile Introducing

Hallo to all dreamers on this magical site!

I want to introduce myself and write something little about me. I´m from Slovakia (central Europe) so excuse my not that good english (I´m improving it runtime and writing here will surely help).
I have some experience with lucid dreams (about 30 documented, also some WILDs), but I had a break (about 3 years?) so my dream recall is ruined and my dream consciousness covered by darkness. I´ve already started to work on that a week ago and I have to say that this site is very motivating.
See you in clouds dreamers, my wings will reborn soon.

That´s nice to meet you! I live in Nitra, that is on the oposite side of Slovakia as Kosice.
Thank you for nice words, see you on DV

      A bit of WILD success.

      Never mind

So I want to write about my yesterday WILD attempt. I went to sleep at about 22.30-22.45 and waked up at 4:00. I hardly remember some dream fragments (my problem is that when I wake up I realize myself after everything is over, I have silent mind, dreams are behind me and I must to search in my memory for a while to catch something and use it like a magnet for other fragments). back to WILD - so I woke up, took a toilet break, out of bed about 5 minutes. Then I went back to bed, comfortable position and didn´t moved for about 20 minutes or more. I was ignoring all body signals, I was as silent as I could. Then I felt little dizzy feeling, nothing big, but I knew anything was happening. I didn´t know to say how far was I. Then I thought something verbaly and I heard that loudly. Suddenly something waked up ("rush!"), I was hearing many sounds and I begun to see through my eyelids, like I had them widely opened! I saw details of the wall in front of my face. I felt SP. I tried to stay calm, but that was too exciting, my heart was beating fast and everything begun to fade.
      I need more practice.

Yep, tutorial section is my favourite. I printed out some good techniques for evening reading.

You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.

      Good job!
The fact that you actually saw through your eyelids probably meant that you were in a dream

Looks like your a natural at WILDing, keep us updated

I don´t know if that was dream already, I think that might be the beginning of SP. (?) I will see after more attemts.
Of course I will write here every success I will have. Also I want to make Dream Journal here, but after some improving, because now it is like broken mirror.

      Post Little update

So I´d like to write here something of my progress.

This is my table of targets:
      1. dream recall
      2. dream signs
      3. DILD
      4. WILD

The main issue: dream recall. I´m very pleased it is improving as I try day by day to reacall my dreams as detailed as I can (and write to DJ) + sometimes I set up soft alarm to gently wake me up at about 04.00 (ambient music fading in), so I wake up slowly with my dreams in my mind, not far behind me. I still remember only fragments, but they are bigger and more clear. Second issue: I´m starting to consider in my dreams ("Hmm, my car hasn´t got colour like this. Whatever..") Third issue: I had 2 lucid dreams (dilds), but with very low level of lucidity. Fourth issue: about 4 attempts to WILD, but without big success. 1 attempt was interesting, but it wasn´t like transition into dream: I was lying still. After some time space behind my inner sight became to get bigger and bigger, I had feeling of floating in very wide space. After some time I had a feeling that I was just observing my body breathing and it was no longer ME breathing (still about 50&#37. I didn´t know to say how far was I. No sound or visual effects, just feelings. Then I tried to move and everything broke up.

The conclusion I have come to: I try to remember dream world (expreriences of my dream double) and my double tries to remember experiences of this world (waking world). (of course double isn´t separated from me, but it is other aspect of me). That is the main force I see in this trying.

      technique that works for me

      another update:

Hallo all. I don´t know if this interest anyone or not, but after time I´ve spent trying to LD, reality check and WILD, it seems I´ve discovered my technique that is quite natural for me - dream reentry.
After waking up from dream (now I know I don´t wake up fully) I realize I woke up and after that I simply visualize something from last dream (usualy something I´ve got in my hand) and I look on it and after few seconds (about 5) that thing become real with full details. Then I simply stand up and BUM! I´m there. First time I did it 3 times in row and I remember I thought "Oh yeah, this is so easy!" I had 1 LD via this method today in the morning. It is cool to return back to dream you know.
