      A quick Hello

      Hi, just a very quick post to say hi to everyone. This forum looks like just about the definitive authority on dreams and I've highly recommended it to everyone on a Cosmic Ordering forum that I run.

      I've had a look through some of the lucid dream posts and it mentions that you need to develop better recall before having real success in lucid dreaming. Most of the topics on recall mention RC's ... now I'm probably being really dense here, but what does Rc stand for??

      Well, just joining the forum seems to have kick started my ability to remember my dreams - I had an extremely vivid dream last night which I actually managed to recall for the first time in months - it was a completely mad dream but I'm counting it as a definite success!
