      Thanks to this site!

About 30 mins ago, I woke up from a series of LD's. I'll spare you people all the boring details, but I went through like three dream settings. Everytime I realized I was dreaming, I thought about this site and what I read on it and did the "clarity now" thing because the dream seemed to get weaker. (I know now, I should have spun). But it was as if my subconsc. didn't want me to be aware I was dreaming so it sent me through a couple false awakenings. In one, I woke up in a place I'd never been before to let out a dog I don't have. But I feel like I cracked a code, thanks to this site! After I got up for real, I turned a light on and read a page from a book. I'm amazed at how useful the info is here, but it almost feels like I'm competing with my subcons. for control. I think I've made some real progress, thank you everyone.

      Congratulations!

Yeah - it sometimes (often, for some of us) seems as though we are battling some deeper part of ourselves in getting and staying lucid. That's part of the challenge!

Thanks for letting us know of your success.
