New to forums, not to LD's

Hey everybody, Last night I had another LD so i thought i would do some research on the subject, i was lead here by Google, so i thought i might make a few posts. first off, i have had maybe 10 LD's in my life occurring randomly with no techniques to help me. I have also had a looping LD occurring many nights in a row. Well, that is about it, any comments or questions please post.
