      Hello!

      Hi everyone, a newbie here. Thought i'd give this Lucid Dreaming stuff a try as it sounds quite fun! Only started training myself a few days ago...

      Couldn't work out why I couldn't sleep last night, had a weird (and fun!) feeling I ran into as I got close to sleeping - Turns out I'm now sick. (Which is something that happens rarely for me).

      Thanks to everyone who posts here, the content is great and theres no shortage of resources.

      Heh, an old message board I was on everyone used to chant 'read the TOS' to all new people. Sadly this was the case even when there was like 3 members left with a post a month. (Man I 'strongly dislike' that place hehe).

      Not really. It's not worth it at all. It's not like it helps you get lucid or anything.

      Don't worry, it can be hard at first. But I find that it gains momentum. The more dreams you remember one morning, the easier it is to remember them the next morning!
