Thread: No Control

when i say no control i dont mean i cant fly or levitate something, i mean i dont have any control over the actions i take and the decisions i make. it feels just like a normal dream where i just drift through aimlessly. but i know im in a lucid dream because im doing things i wouldn’t do in a normal dream. like trying to fly. i remember running across my back yard and leaping into the air in the attempt to fly. but i dont remember deciding to fly. and i dont remember deciding to stop.


any advice?

Okay, the best advice i can offer you is to improve your recall, i have found that working on your recall can work wonders, you just have to keep at it and remember as much as you can and you eventually will find that you feel more consciouss in your dreams, you feel asthough you are controlling your actions also which is good and it will definately help when coming to a lucid dream.

As LS said, developing recall will help. But there's also the possibility that you have a very low-level lucid dream. Sometimes you're just barely aware that you are dreaming, and sometimes you just can't control yourself or the dream enviroment. Dreams can just be like that. Don't worry, I'm sure this won't happen too often
