      Hi

      I'm new & decided to make a post. lol
      I'm 14 & wanted to learn something new, this sounded cool. I just wanted to learn the best way to have a lucid dream.

      So have you ever had a lucid dream or just randomy heard about one. How did you find us ect Sorry about the nagging questions.

      Also have you got a dream journal? They help your recall by a lot! Just write down anything you can remember from your dreams when you wake up, it doesn't matter if it's events, locations, people ect. You can even record emotions to help your recall.
