Always remember Matt, lucid dreams can be as short as a split second and last up to an hour or maybe longer, i'm not sure, but as long as you are aware that you are dreaming whilst still in the dream state you are definately having a lucid dream. Congratualtions though, it is a taster and now you know what it is like i am sure you will continue to have more, good luck
