      hello from a new member

      when i lost the ability to dream i lost the magic connection to everything around me. At least that's what i've been feeling the last years.

      i'm not a spiritual guy, but the need to learn dream techniques is obvious to me.

      You are still dreaming. Everybody dreams. You are just not remembering them! Start keeping a dream journal if you don't have one already and write down any impressions you may have gotten from the night; thoughts, sensations, etc. By doing this you are telling your mind that you are serious in your intent to remember dreams and your recall should improve quickly!

      Check out the Dream Recall forum, or The Dream Recall Tutorial, for help on improving your dream recall. Like the other guys said, you're just not remembeing your dreams... but you're still having them.
