Talking good ways to get lucid

anyone know a good way to get lucid.
eg: more RC's, different ways that have worked good for them.
      for everyone

P.S. please explain them, or give a link

Such a shame this has to end, things are out of his command.

      Hey The One!

Don't worry about it being in this section, okay well i am only basing this on my experience of what people have said works best to achieve lucidity, i'll basically make a quick checklist below of what you can do to improve things.

      1. Improve your dream recall so you can remember 1-2 dreams a night at least
      2. Keep these dreams you remember in a dream journal
      3. After a week or two look in your journal and try and pin point something that occurs or is in your dreams on a regular basis, you may dream about fish alot, that is a sign, just find one that applies to you and use it. If there is non, try waiting another week to see any similarities, it could be an emotion in a dream that you experience.
      4. If the dream sign is something you encounter during your normal day then try doing a reality check everytime you see it or feel it, depending on what this sign is.
      - If is not something you experience throughout the day then you have to make it clear in your mind that this sign will only be present in the dream sign, and make it clear that whenever you encounter this sign you will do a reality check.

If you continue practicing like this you eventually encounter a dream with this sign in it thus allowing you to do a RC and become lucid.

*steals advice and takes credit for it*
I haven't tried using dreamsigns, personally, but I do 20-30 random RC's during the day. Also, whenever I see anything even slightly out of the ordinary, I RC. I should try the dreamsigns though.

      Check out the tutorials here:

It is generally agreed that for beginners, WBTB + MILD produces the most results!
