      Lucid Dreaming Vet... Kinda

      Hi

I used to have the ability to lucid dream, I developed it in my early teens, for nightmare control. I blame drug and alcohol use in college for my abandonment of the ability.

Anyway, I'd like to relearn the ability!

Hey there, welcome to the forum!

I know you're ecperienced, but it could be an idea to look through the tutorials http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=25 to refresh your memory on how to lucid dream. Good luck and if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

      Thanks everyone!

I'm sure I can develop the ability once again, if I was able to stumble across it unaided once I can surely find it again. Dreaming while in HS was a fun thing as I recall, because I would bat away nightmares like swatting flies, and then just enjoy the leftovers.

      Know what you got!

I'd "blame" your wake up ritual. :p
