Hi
I used to have the ability to lucid dream, I developed it in my early teens, for nightmare control. I blame drug and alcohol use in college for my abandonment of the ability.
Anyway, I'd like to relearn the ability!

Hey there, welcome to the forum!
I know you're ecperienced, but it could be an idea to look through the tutorials http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=25 to refresh your memory on how to lucid dream. Good luck and if you have any questions, feel free to ask. :)
hey welcome to the forum. im pretty new as well. thats strange that alcohol and drugs stopped your ability, they made mine better.
Hey bostonian, welcome to the forum :)
Life can be tough at times and it can prevent us from doing things we like, if you have any questions at all please feel free to ask because were here to help. I'm sure you will get back on track, just be positive and don't give up!
:shock::Dwelcome to DV
I'm with you boston. I use Lucid dreaming for nightmare control. You're are not alone.
Thanks everyone!
I'm sure I can develop the ability once again, if I was able to stumble across it unaided once I can surely find it again. Dreaming while in HS was a fun thing as I recall, because I would bat away nightmares like swatting flies, and then just enjoy the leftovers.
Know what you got! ;)
I'd "blame" your wake up ritual. :p
