      Question Dreaming Dilemma

Thanks to DREAMVIEWS forum for all the info's and guides. Also thanks to the members around who never stop helping. Without this site, lucid dreaming would be a journey to hell!

I had another Lucid Dream yesterday unintentionally.
I considered it to be half-lucid rather than a Lucid one though i remember quite well of what occurred in the dream.
I managed to control the last part of the dream but i think i didn't realized that i was in a dream.

Here's the weird part...In my dream where i dreamed about being chase by 5 huge guy.
I stop and i decided to fight them. All the moved are coordinated and executed exactly as i want them to be.So i knocked em dead.
Nothing fancy..it was all like real life.

      My question-

1.Is it possible to become lucid without realizing that you are dreaming..instead you think you are still in reality?

No problem, this is a great site

Ok well sorry to say this but that weren't a lucid dream. You had dream control but you weren't lucid. This goes with answering the question:

If you know you are dreaming, you are lucid. If not, then you aren't. People often mix up dream control with lucidity. The two often blend with each other.

You weren't lucid, but I've had dreams before where I've been able to control what's going on but not known that I was dreaming. On the other hand, it's a sign that you're getting closer to lucidity. You're realizing that you at least have control over the environment, knowing that it can be changed. I would say that so far you're at least on the right track. If you haven't looked into RCs (reality checks) much yet, I'd say that it would be a good idea to go over the tutorial.
