Hello, my name is Mark, and I am 15 years old.
I was refered to this site by a friend on another forum last night, and read all of the stuff on the main site, and I am extremely interested. I have never experienced a lucid dream (or at least not that I can remember) but I would very much like to.
A bit about myself: I am currently in my fourth year of secondary school, and still bored out of my mind, waiting for us to start working and being challenged. I am a musician, and more recently a composer. I play electric/classical guitar, piano, recorder, flute and bongo drums, and compose for a variety of ensembles, my favourite of course being symphony orchestra Other things I am interested in include Maths, Chess, Evolutionary Biology, Astrophysics and Ccmputer programming.
As someone who doesn't have a great deal of time spare, the idea of being able to harness my dreams for something creative/constructive, even just relaxing, is extremely appealing.
For various reasons, I am unable to keep a dream diary, will this seriously hold back my efforts to LD? Also, I'm wondering what sort of things I can do, besides pinching my arm regularly
Thanks for reading, Mark.
