Also, a jounal is a great thing to look back through and remember some of the scenes and feelings from your dreams. You can realize some broad trends in your dreams by looking through many of them and maybe get some more dream signs. I'd keep a journal because it forces you to think about and remember more about your dreams. |

Well you don't need to do it, although it is recommended. A dream journal is like a tool for lucid dreamers and people just generally interested in dreams. |
