I don't have a problem with staying aware with this, just when the shaking and wierdness kicks in, it scares the hell out of me and I just wake up, anyone got any tips on getting past that part? thanks. |

you should try to improve control of your emotions. Ask someone to tickle you and try not to laugh; watch a oh-so-sad movie and do not cry; and watch suspense/horror movies without getting shocked. that will get you going |

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.
Hey there, |

I got to the stage last night, but the vibrations stopped, I felt really relaxed though but sort of fully aware of my surroundings, I thought I was awake so I moved, it seemed to take a little bit more effort than usual to move out of it and when I did start to move I began to feel kind of groggy like I'd woken up in the middle of the night or somthing. Im just curious, did I fail at that point when the vibrations stopped and did infact awaken, or was I supposed to remain still? |
