      Need MILD help

      Every time i try MILD after about 10 seconds my mind wanders away from it no matter how focused i am on doing it. I try to keep getting back to MILD after my mind wanders but eventually i wont be able to remember to do MILD the rest of the night.

      Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep this from happening
      everything in our life happens at once. the future is already happening at this moment. We just cant conciously notice it.

      I have a suggestion, why don't you time yourself, see how long you can stay focused for and try and beat that time each night without staying too aware, but these things take time, you have to work on it, you will improve if you put in the effort, just keep at it, things will improve

      That sounds like a good idea but it will be kind of hard because i am the least focused person known to man but ill give it a try tonight. Thanks for the help

      yes i do have ADD but i don't get hyper i just get very easily distracted
      everything in our life happens at once. the future is already happening at this moment. We just cant conciously notice it.

      Hey lucidfruit...i can sympathise with this happening...

      When this happens to me...i generally think of it as a sign that im too tired...either I havent slept for long enough..or I havent stayed up for long enough (too wake up a bit)

      but if iv done everything to way i think...i use this trick i invented...if you find yourself wandering...open your eyes and do a real life RC...nose or check your clock and then shut your eyes and try again. This helped me have a WILD a few nights ago but I got too excited...

      just think about a train of thought..."i am dreaming (imagine a dream) i will check reality (imagine an RC)" and if you dont repeat it or..it breaks.. try doing a real RC..or try again when less tired
