Thread: First WILD attempt

Last night i made my first attempt at a WILD. I woke up first at 1 (didnt mean to) and went right back to sleep. Then i woke up again at 3:30. I think i made a mistake here b/c i only stayed for maybe a minute, logic not being my strong point this early in the moring, i figured 20 min? 1 min? whats the difference?
Anyway i got into a pretty relaxed state, tried to stay like that and began to get some interesting visions. The one that sticks out in my head was pretty much the same as the classic starfield screensaver. All these white dots came rushing at me and then moved around a little. Only problem was that for some reason my left eye was trying to open.
Twice out of no where my heart started to race a bit and i started getting visions like ive seen described before but it led to no where. In a minute or 2 i was back to that same relaxed state.

I also tried my first WILD attempt the other night and only stayed up for about 5-10 minutes, i think that might have been our mistake.

I didnt have any visions as such just went into a dream, but it was more of a lucid dream then a WILD.

But i'm sure with practice and trail and error we will both get it.

Yeah tonight im gunna set 2 alarms. First im gunna try a FILD, and if that doesnt work just go back to sleep and later make another attempt at a WILD.

Not a bad idea but remember i think it is "recomened" that you have somthing like 5-7 hours sleep after waking up, might be different for you but it is always worth a try.
You might come through with a brake-through.

Hrm that WILD attempt was good, you had the first few steps done, with the hallucinations. Maybe after a few more times you will finally get it.
