      hey :)

      Hello all,
About two weeks ago I watched the movie "Waking Life" by Richard Linklater, which is essentially all about lucid dreaming and the idea of whether or not reality is truly real. This movie very much inspired me to pursue the ability to attain lucid dreams.

While my dream recall has always been very poor, since I've begun reading up on lucid dreaming and the various MILD and WILD techniques, I've noticed a significant difference in my dream recall. Already I've been able to recall three dreams quite well! I've experienced many of the sensations associated with the WILD technique without actually knowing what it was at the time. I'm hoping to of course reach a lucid state at some point!

This forum seems to be full of great info and all that so I guess I'll be around fairly often. Cheers!

You're on the right track in reading all that you can about the various techniques. The fact that your recall has improved is wonderful, cuz, what good is having a lucid dream if ya can't remember it!

If you should have any questions, please post them and we'll do our best to find you answers!
