No dreames when i wake up from a alarm clock

hi i have a broblem when i wake up in the morning from the sound of my alarm clock i almost never remember my dreames

but when i wake up of my self i remember them well some one have some tips?

(i will try the water but i dont thint that it is as exakt as a alarmclock

when do you set your alarmclock ? btw, water must be exact, because i've heard that you usually get up in the REM sleep to go to bathroom, so we can say that water is exact lol

try to not to move for a while and relax... Dream should slowly go in to your head
