Thread: Lucid Dreaming

i have only been trying this now for 3 days lol but i wanted to ask a question, if you sleep and sometimes you have no dream will you be able to lucid dream?

If I understand your question correctly, what you are asking is if you can have a lucid dream even though you can't remember even dreaming at all the following morning.

In that case, yes, as far as I know you can forget having lucid dreams. That's why it's important to develop good dream recall.
