Yeah I've been neglecting this forum lately, sorry guys.
Can anyone give me any tips on keeping up regular entries in my dream diary or give me a link for it.

Oh and one more thing...................I HAD MY FIRST LUCID DREAM!

As for your dream diary, the more detail you write in the better, though I find if you just bullet all the envents in an order that makes sense, it can be just as effective ans contiuous prose, quicker too.

The dream it's self wasn't very interesting and I can't really remember much about it which is kinda annoying.
It was a dream within a dream, so I woke myself up in my dream and after a while of wandering around I decided I didn't want to be there anymore(why I don't know)so I tried to wake myself up a couple of times with no success.It was at that point that I realised that since I was trying to wake myself up that I was aware that I was dreaming!I thought about doing a RL test just to make sure but then I decided against it.I guess I got a little scared.so I woke myself up properly.I wish I didn't nowI think I could have tried some cool things in my dream *shrugs*oh well.

Funny thing was I havnt even been thinking about trying to go lucid for a while, it just happened!

Oh and I know I saw an e-book about here somewhere(quite an important/popular one for just starting out)but I can't seem to find it now.Can someone point me to the section it's in or give me the link?

I hate double posting but.................I had another LD!
I can't believe it!O.k, I mean still nothing happened, or should I say I didn't make anything happen but I definitely was aware!
