Thread: Having trouble lucid dreaming

I've been trying and came close one night but I can't realize i'm dreaming in my dreams to have a lucid dreams. my motivation is low
any tips?

i dont know if its just me or not, but i found this site 3 days ago and have had 2 luicids since then, i think that may be because i have been reading the forms for a while right before i go to bed. That might keep my mind on lucid dreaming, so whenever anything weird happens in my dream i automaticly think "oooh is this a lucid dream". Idk if im just good at it or if that works, soo i would try anyways.

If just reading this website right before you go to bed is getting you lucid.. all I can say is "let's hear it for the power of suggestion"!

It also may be that you're one of those people who had some "natural" talent for lucid dreaming and just needed to know and recognize what it was for it to "kick in".
