      i guess i will start here

      i have been lucid dreaming for a long time now. i also have false awakenings as well as sleep paralysis several times a month. the sleep paralysis bothered me at first but know i recognize what is happening to me and it is not so bad.
      anyways i am used to this particular message board program so i will see yall around.
