Hi I'm new here, I just need to ask some questions
Most of the time I am dreaming i have full control of it, is that what they call LD?
sample: I have all I want PS3,Quadro laptop ,Finished my school until college,Complete family(there's no breakup but.. there is deaths )
sometimes I just want to stay on it..
But sometimes It's really out of control

I dreamed Im in the episode Heroes and it's really happening... sylar is gonna explode not only the New york but the whole world!.... Then i keep running away
Until I reach the beach then I saw a boat then used it to go away(i was thinking that if i go under the waterdeep I wont get hit by the explosion) so when I was in the middle of the ocean I get the diving suits with oxygen then dive underwater as deep as I can! after a few minutes I heard a big explosion then I saw a shark!(really scared me) so I didn't move then the shark go away! phew then after that I go up to see what happened to the explosion....all was destroyed I was so shocked i cant move! my heart pulpitated so my body goes down underwater then I closed my eyes but when I opened it I was on the SHORE! but everything is still destroyed so i get up and shout "CLAIRE!! CLAIRE!!" Then my bro waked me up telling me the heroes episode 20 is now online ..... after that i was like what the.... why did i call claire's name?!?
the shark really scared me
is it because i watch it too much?
another one:
the police are chasing me I don't know why but they are chasing me but i know I'm dreaming so I let them chase me until they got me so when they got me I tried to wake up but I can't then they put me to foxriver(the one on prison break ) I was to break out with Michael Scofiled but the dogs got me I tried to wake up then I did it I woke up full of sweat
is there a guide on how can I practice to fully control it?
