I'm 15 years old and I started trying to learn dream recall 4 days ago. For all 4 days, I haven't remembered 1 single thing from any of my dreams. Every night I tell myself I'm going to remember my dreams, I take a tablet with 3 mg melatonin, 10 mg B6, and 25 mg L-Theanine. I don't know if that's enough of melatonin or B6. Last night, i also had a piece of dark chocolate. I have garlic that i haven't tried yet. I usually go to sleep at 12:00AM and set my alarm for 90 min intervals starting at 3:00AM. When i wake up, i don't really remember to keep my eyes closed or to not move, but i usually remember within 5 seconds of waking up. I also have a dream journal that's been empty for 4 days.
Is what I'm doing not enough? Or is 4 days too early to think it's not working?
And I'd also like to know if I'm taking enough melatonin and B6, and if 5 seconds is too long to start trying to remember my dream when i wake up.
