Thread: New & ??

I had heard about lucid dreaming from my friends cousin but never knew to much.

So yesterday i really did begin to consider it so, after getting home from school I read a little about recall on a website so i decided to give it a try.

I made myself all relaxed forgetting about the days worries (although i did have an RE exam the next day) and i told my self "right i am going to remember my dreams - i am going to wake up and record them in my journal that i had put by my bed

And at 1:00 just over 90 minutes into sleep I awoke and remembered my dream - well only a very small amount then i went back to sleep

In the morning i could remember nothing of any other dreams

Did i recall that dream ?

And what else can i do tonight to increase recall in order to eventually induce a lucid dream ?

good question, im not sure what increases your recall other than just trying to recall your dreams each time you have one. I think that the more you do record your dreams down the more your memory gets better and you remeber dreams more.
