Thread: Does the Work?

For a couple of nights now, I've been combining methods to Lucid Dream

Description:
Using the FILD(Finger Induced Lucid Dream) I'd tap gently on the bed, close my eyes, and count. All times, I've woken up not in a dream

Is there some way to make this work without doing too many things?

I'm going to try again in about an hour or so

I've read you shouldn't count while Filding...hope that helps (it worked for me once)
