Had My First Ld!, Also Have A Question And Request

I woke up at like 6:30am after going to bed at 12:30. I put on my mp3 player and listened to a downloaded mp3 that I received from one of the posts here. It is relaxing music with a man repeating you will remember to check your reality and he says "you are aware that you are dreaming" Well I listened to that mp3 for a hour and then just shut it off. I closed my eyes once again and just repeated the commands in my mind till I fell asleep. My lucid happened in my regular dream where I was in this huge house and I could here a family talking in a dining room. I remember looking at the clock and watching the time change each time I looked back. That was when I said I am dreaming. I walked out to the family and they began speaking to me but I could not see myself at all. I walked past a mirror and when I looked at myself I was a girl!!! I think that startled me and I woke up. The mp3 was really annoying me to the point i had to shut it off. Does anyone have any other mp3's that would help assist with a lucid dream?? i also have been told about possible adoptions on this site from people who can help train you better. Please if someone has that ability to help me attain longer and clearer LD's please adopt me. I do not pee on the rugs!!! I have loved this site so far and thanks to everyone who has helped me so far. Kyle

Check out the Adoption Program part of the forum, you'll find someone there willing to adopt, I'm sure. Try Googling for different sites with mp3's. I know this site has a good file on it, but you have to register and be warned, there's a lot of weird stuff on there. Good luck!
