Hello everybody, I am new here, my name is Mairo and I have been working on Lucid Dream for around one month. I from Brazil, sorry If I sometimes make english mistakes, but it is not my language...
I had an unexpected Lucid Dream last week when I saw my dead grandmother and thought "this is a dream", so I looked my hand and there was 7 fingers! I could talk to my grandmother but after a while she faded away, so I went to the kichen of my grandmother's house and tried another reality check, the light switch... it doesn't worked(the switch, I was realy dreaming) ! I also opened the refrigerator to see if there is light inside but there was no light...after that my dream started to fade away and I woke up...It was great! One of the greatest experiences in my life! As I said, it was unexpected becous I did the reality check just becous I saw my dead grandmother....
Anyway, I still working in dream recall and it is very difficult for me... If I got more then 8 hours of sleep I usually can remember at least one dream, but at weekdays I usually dream about 6-7 hours and cannot remember any dream! I also go to bed very tired becous I practice sports at night, from 7:30 until 9:30... I got very tired and sleep like a rock! When I have time to sleep more it is easier to remember... last week I could not remember any dream from monday to friday, but I could remember one dream in saturday night and 3 dreams in sunday night! After that, on monday I could not remember any dream, I was very tired... so yesterday, tuesday night, I did not practice sports at night and sleeped a lot, maybe more around 8-10 hours and dreamed a lot...I wrote down on my journal 3 dreams and some vague memorys....
I want to know if beeing tired is good or not for dream recall and if theres is anything I can do to remember my dreams even when I go to bed very tired...
that's it.
