      Ok im srry if mi spelling is rong but for you guy wich of all methos is teh easiets to get a lucid ive tryd reverse blinkign and WILD but im nto convince by any of those 2

      I've had success with the wake-back-to-bed method. You sleep for five to six hours (or more), wake up, stay awake for approximately an hour (thirty minutes might suffice), then fall asleep again. When I do this, I usually experience a lucid dream within an hour of falling asleep.
