Just post in whatever forum fits your question the best, whether it be Dream Recall, Attaining Lucidity, Dream Control, etc. All the dreaming forums get a lot of traffic so you needn't worry about your question not getting answered. Think of the tutorial section as read-only. You post questions in the other parts of the forums. If this isn't what you meant, please say so - I'm not entirely sure what you meant.
