Hello everyone. From what I can see this seems to be a pretty good community. I picked up Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, I have created a dream journal, but I still have a problem. Even if I go to bed with the intention to remember my dreams after each period, I wake up and lay there and relax, yet I still have a hard time remembering them. Is there anything else that can help me remember my dreams easier? If I go to bed at lets say 11:30pm, with the intention set, I usually wake up around 5:45am or 6, but I still cant remember! Any help is appreciated. |
