So, I go to sleep, and tell myself to wake up after every dream. I can get this far, I usually wake up and record 2 or 3 dreams a night. Last night it was 3. So as I am falling back asleep I have to envision the dream I just had and see myself doing a reality check, and just concentrate on that as I am falling back asleep?

So, example from last night:

My third dream ended with me in a room and a bunch of unknown people celebrating something. I knew 2 of the people in the room. So let's say as I am falling back asleep I envision one of them asking me what time it was and then me looking at my wristwatch or a clock on the wall?
