Any Ld Pro?

To make things short:
4 out of 5 dreams the past 2 nights I realised (just like that, but I guess the RCs during the day helped) I was dreaming but becoming conscious just woke me up (I didn't go excited.....I didn't even had time to look at my hands)....
Could you please help me with this.....should I spin as I do a RC ????....or...I don't know...

cant offer much help but the same thing happened to me last night so if u get any info on it pm me or something

When you relise your dreaming don't get exited and disconnected to the dream, just focus on it and go along with it, just go something like this "hey I'm in a dream thats nice" and act like nothing really happened exept you now know your dreaming.
