Well hmmm...I don't always have control of them. They fall under the lucid dream category because I don't have a normal sleep cycle. There is no deep sleep involved. Correct me if I'm wrong.

When you say some people have no choice when it comes to lucid dreaming, are you saying it as a bad thing? I was slightly confused by that part.[/b]
Yes and no. It depends on the person really. I have had some very odd, and at other times disturbing lucid dreams. The person could view this as good, or bad. I do know that since my LD's have started I have also sleepwalked, had my nightmares worsen (when I do have them), experienced paranoia, and sleep paralyzation.
