Recent Lucid Dream!

I had loads of lucid dreams when i were younger, however at the moment they are pretty rare..

However, when I tried the Reality Check method, it all worked out for me, soon I started to realize that i were dreaming. Most recently I fell asleep while doing a reality check, and I dreamt about doing one.

I was looking at a street sign, then i turned away and when I looked away the sign had changed into a smilie..

So for all you new lucid dreamers, try this method! It worked in a matter of days for me..

another good way is to ask yourself if your dreaming if you think something is a bit odd
