I'd like to apologize in advance for the lenght. I'm quite excited to be on a cool forum like this one!

Hello, there! My name's Aly. I love to write in my spare time and play my Alto Saxophone. I have a very good memory. When I have a feeling that I should remember something, I remember it for years. I love to trust my gut and it usually point me in the correct direction.

If you do not wish to read all the details, you can skip to the end of the post where the questions are.

Now to cut to the chase...
I've only had three lucid dreams in my entire life. I remember them all like I just woke up and am recalling them.
My first couple times, I didn't even remotely think that there was a web site or that it was that big of a deal. Sure, they were cool, but I thought it was just an every-day thing.

However, my last lucid dream I had was confusing.
When I figured out that I was lucid, it was like a bubble popping - sudden and loud. I remember thinking very loudly: "I AM DREAMING!" Then I shrugged to myself like I was answering someone talking to me.
I had a feeling that I had to remember something, but couldn't. It didn't occur to me until I woke up that I could've done so much.
I've had half of a lucid dream once, but it wasn't enough to consider it a lucid dream. "You're dr-." is all I head when I was walking. I tried to listen, but woke up because of my alarm.

Any tips on how to get lucidity, and remember to care?
Also, what if you can't move and you remember you're dreaming? What do you do then?
When having a confusing dream more than five times over your entire life at random times, should you pay more attention to it or is it just because you had thought about it too much that you're having it again?

I do have ONE last question, though.
I've had some dreams that I'm at school and am walking around. I see this one person and wave.
When I wake up and go to school, I'm walking around. I see that same person. I had never seen them in my life. Is that something to be worried about?
I know about the sub-conscious. I know that even if I saw them out of the corner of my eye, my mind would have thought of that.

Not to mention I also had another dream that my friend kept tackling me with this one, gray shirt.
A few days later he was wearing that same shirt.
Are these just coincidences?
