But I just can't remember my dreams, at all. I have a pen and paper ready to write one down by my bed once I have one, but I've yet to remember even a part of a dream since I have started doing this. I was gettin groceries yesterday and remembered Vit B6 helps some people so I picked up a bottle since it's cheap, took one pill of 100mg before bed but no difference yet.

When I go to bed I seem to get my body to go asleep pretty good mostly, but trying to get "good clear" images in my head is very hard and so is remembering my dreams, does anyone know of some way I can improve this?

Hmm...it could be that you are trying too hard....
maybe you should give yourself a break, go to bed one night with the intention of just going to sleep and maybe you'll have a dream naturally without thinking about it.
As for the B6, that can take a little while to work, maybe a few days.
Before you started to learn about lucid dreaming, how was your recall? I expect you remembered dreams well enough in the past when you weren't trying, and now that you are, maybe you are focussing on it too much?

That's my suggestion anyhow, hope it helps.
