Do you keep a dream journal? Those really help. Also, when you wake up in the morning, keep your eyes closed as you try to remember. It also might help to start from the end of your dream, think "Okay, so what happened before?" and keep going like that. I do everything I mentioned and it works great. |

Perhaps you should try some relaxation techniques to avoid the anticipation. It's kinda like good sex. Ya gotta relax to really get into it. |

Also, focusing on your senses throughout the day can help in dream recal, and also how vivid your dreams are (lucid or non lucid). So for example, look at shapes of things, study things. Any and every objecty ou want to. A door, the desings on a door. Your keyboard. Focusing on how things feel, the different textures. |
