Alright well I just decided to go for it. It was about 12:30-1 last night and I just wanted to experiment.

I layed on the couch and began counting telling myself that everything breath I took I would become more comfortable. I also kept repeating that I will not move until I dream.

It was hard clearing my mind becuase of the long day...( is that why it's said you should have about 5-6 hrs of sleep beforehand?) so I could mentally reach that relaxation. but my body felt AmAzInG! well honestly I couldn't feel it! My body started to tingle and its like I disappeared from the neck down. My head and face still had some sensation left but then my stomach started to have horrible growling pains so it started to wake my body back up. I tried having the most patients but my stomach and mind just couldn't settle when I got up it was 2:30! Clearing my thoughts was the toughest....some days are better than others.

Hey there. Well, I notice that if I eat pretty close to bedtime my stomach will make such loud annoying noises. So I dunno if that's what you were experiencing but try not to eat anytime soon before you go to sleep.

Also, it is alot better to try to WILD after 5 or 6 hours of sleep because your body and mind are already relaxed and in prime mode to enter REM which can help you WILD alot faster and easier. I'm not saying you can't try to WILD while going to bed at night (I have before) but it's alot harder, and people will typically fall asleep because the body and mind are kinda in "sleep mode" if you know what I mean.

So yeah, I'd suggest doing the Wake Back To Bed method. It is a pretty neat feeling laying there as your body falls asleep around you yeah? You'll experience alot of weird sensations that you've never experienced before, so get used to it! You just need to relax and eventually let your mind drift away with the hypnogogic images. If you get lucky, you might just land in a lucid dream.

      Cheers!
