Hey How Ya Doin...?

I officialy conciously am playing with Lucid dreaming and let me tell ya... As a newbie I like it ive remembered for the past 4 nites or 5 mornings my dreams. Ive been writing in my dream journal its help alot. However while, I feel I got dream recall down basically. I still have problems trying to truly be conciously aware [I kno and remember] of my dreams. Its hard to explain but I feel like i cant control myself. Its like being in the theater, I see myself in first person view but, thats all im doing seeing and watching not actually doing. I need help with that... thnks. And yeah, I used to have movie theatre dreams

I eventually got over it, It may just be coincidence but I hardly watch TV as much as I used to any more...

If you haven't already done so, you should check out the tutorials. There's a ton of good information available to you to help you with LDing.

I see you already have a dream journal, well done! It's very improtant to keep on it since it will help you recognize patterns to your dreams.

Also, try using the Search function if you have any questions - most common questions have already been asked and answered in some fashion throughout the years. But if you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to ask!

I had the whole can't control my LD's for the first 2 LD's but it has stopped. It just takes practise.
