      long time lucider, first time poster

      hey guys/gals, i haven't posted much here. just thought i'd introduce myself.

      i had my first LD about 5 years ago. It was brief, as all first timers seem to be. Since then i've done it more and more regularly. LD'ing these days is just as simple as deciding I want to. I usually decide in the first few minutes of my dream whether or not I want total control. I don't need signs or tests to recognize my dreams anymore, just dive into my LD's.
      I actually assumed it was something everyone could do until I talked to my roomate the other day. He told me he has done it once and would love to do it again, but just isn't able. Thats when I started getting more curious about it. I'm glad I found this forum as it has given me many more ideas with what to do with the ability to go lucid.
