Alright, I think I have become confused some how. I have heard of OBE, AP, lucid dreaming and dream recall. Though I didn't know that there was a big difference in any of them. This is what I have picked up:

Dream Recall: The ability to acknowlegde that one is dreaming, by a object, smell, ect.
Lucid Dreaming: The ability to acknowlegde that one is dreaming and is able to control ones self throughout the whole dream.
Out of Body Experience(OBE): Ones ability to relax and bring ones inner self into the real world.
Astral Projection(AP): Ability to bring ones inner self into reailty and project from place to place at will

I have a feeling that all of this is wrong could some one or a mulipule of people post thier thoughts or definitions on the four?
