Thread: Trying to LD

I've been working with a technique right now without much success, but I am still hopeful and will continue to try. I learned this technique from a friend who also has an account here on Dream Views, and even though he's only experienced one LD, he has been very helpful in removing all sceptisism from my mind as well as give me tips and ideas to use in my dreaming experiences.

I look forward to talking to you all about my LD's as soon as I experience them.

If you really want to try it, I would seriously recommend keeping a Dream Journal to boost recall, then checking out the tutorials

Just keep working at it. Everyone's a little different and for some people it may just take longer to become lucid. For me it took three weeks, but for others they can have one the first day or week. But the more time you put into it, the easier it will be. Remain positive and let us know if you have any questions.

Out of curiosity, who directed you here?

He was interested in lucid dreaming, so I told him about a few techniques and suggested this website and message board for help.
