so im trying to get into the habit of doing at least 21 one reality checks a day like the site said i should do, i probably do at least 21 or more a day but the problem is i forget to do them during the day but am doing tons for about 2-3 hours after i wake up and 1-2 hours befor i go to bed. will this effect the chances of me doing one in my dream? |

You should be doing them all throughout the day. If you have a digital watch, you can time it to beep every hour to remind you. Other then that, you could post little signs all around where you are that ask if you are dreaming. that way you can do an RC. In my locker at school, I have a sign that says Are You Dreaming? SO everytime I open my locker I do an RC. |
