Thread: Newbie Here. What is the best technique to start Lucid Dream

Hello everyone. I am really happy to discover this forum as I am very interested in Lucid Dreams and hope to find answers to some of the personal questions that i have. I was inspired to do Lucid Dreaming by C.Castaneda books and especially R.Monroe. Now, my question to the experienced Lucid Dreamers is: Where do you start?

I would suggest starting by reading all the information on the DreamViews Main Site, and then browsing through the Tutorials section.

Personally, the MILD and WBTB methods work best for me, and seem to be the easiest for most people to learn. But overall, you'll just need to find the method(s) that work best for you. If you have any specific questions about these that aren't answered in the links above, please ask!
