      Hey Guys! Back with a few questions...

      Hey guys! I just wanted to say hey from my long time since my last post on DreamViews. I also have a few questions. About 6 months ago, I had stopped lucid dreaming and everything. I was just gonna take a break. I wanna start back. I can remember about 1 dream per night. I know how to deal with that problem. But I can't WILD. I can't even start a WILD. I go to bed about 11 and wake up about 4:30a.m to start the WILD, but I just end up laying there for about an hour just closing my eyes. And I followed the tutorial to a tea. It's really frustrating. Can anyone give me any advice about WILDing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

      I find myself in that situation often enough. Whenever I do, I pretty much say to myself, "Screw this, I ned the sleep" and then try to catch myself whenever I roll over or adjust the pillow.

      One thing, how long are you staying awake before relaxing again? Your problem could be a combination of performance anxiety and letting yourself awaken too much.
